The Great Yarmuoth Sport & Leisure Trust was setup in March 2006 with the aim to operate the sports & leisure facilties in the borough of Great Yarmouth under contract from the Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

The Great Yarmouth Sport & Leisure Trust is a not for profit organisation. Its first contract was secured in April 2006 when the operating of the Great Yarmouth Marina Leisure & Fitness Centre left the hands of Leisure Connection Ltd.

Also in April 2006 the Trust took over the management of a Community Youth Sports Scheme named Positive Futures

In April 2008 the Great Yarmouth Sport & Leisure Trust secured its second major contract when the operation of the

Phoenix Pool, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth left the hands of Waveney Discrict Council.
